Wedding Description
This was no ordinary wedding. Maria, a healer and local masseuse is known for her “limpias” and her mayan cosmic ceremonies. If there was an element of surprise for everyone this ceremony was it. All the guest and family members were positioned in a circle and asked to join in with their energy and their words or wisdom for Shannon and Rob while Maria showered them with holy water, flower petals and copal smoke.
Shannon had a perfect vision of how she wanted her reception and with the florist help it all came together beautifully. Shannon clutched a bountiful bouquet of coral roses , cymbidium orchid and snapdragons. Seated at tables decorated with beautiful flowers and votives, guests dined on creative cuisine from Lol-Has chefs, later they feasted on a four-tier lemon wedding cake.
The decor was elegant and the crowd lively… just like the bride and groom!!

Rob & I would both like to thank you for all of your help in planning our wedding, and making it such a perfect day. Thank you for putting us in touch with Milissa and John, we love the photos and can’t wait to see the video...and both the mariachi and Desaparecido were fantastic! Also thanks for your professional handling of the little details and emergencies that arose...our trust in you allowed us to just enjoy the day! Maria's ceremony was all that we could have dreamed for, and I'm thrilled that I was able to introduce you to her...hopefully you'll be able to use her services again in the future!
