The gorgeous villa Nautica epitomizes blissful and luxurious vacationing by the sea side. The villa features a roof top palapa with a double chaise lounge and wet bar with seating not to mention an amazing multi level beachside pool, deck area, kayaks and much more! Perfect for 10 guests

Entering the villa you are greeted by a huge open plan living and dining area leading seamlessly to the outdoor covered terrace, deck and beach area! The fully equipped gourmet kitchen will delight aspiring chefs, from here walk out to the grill area on the terrace…perfect for cooking the “catch of the day”. The ocean views from the villa are just stunning and you will embrace the nautical feeling Caribbean style!

The villa boasts 4 sumptuous bedrooms. The huge master suite with ensuite bathroom with double vanity, double shower and walk in closet is located on the ground floor. From the master suite you walk out to the Jacuzzi and deck area! A further 3 suites with ensuite bathroom and walk in closets are located on the upper floor.

The upper floor has a large media area with huge flat screen TV with satellite. Relax on comfy sofas and watch your favorite movie….when you aren’t watching a movie you will be mesmerized with the amazing ocean views that stretch horizontally the entire length of the living room. From here stairs lead to the amazing roof deck with palapa, wet bar, full chaise lounge and seating area with cushions.

The villa Nautica staff are wonderful and you will feel truly pampered during your stay. Complimentary Mexican Cook services for Breakfast and lunch are included. Our dedicated concierge will greet you on arrival and be of assistance during your stay.

A short distance from the villa is the Puerto Aventuras marina with many restaurants, bars, boutiques, delicatessens, golf, tennis and more!

Puerto Aventuras is an upscale gated resort

located 15 minutes south of Playa de Carmen, and about an hour south of Cancun Airport. This idyllic vacation retreat is in close proximity to all of the many attractions the intriguing Riviera Maya has to offer, but still secluded from the crowds of Cancun and Playa. Deep sea fishing, scuba diving, para-sailing, sailboat sailing are available in Puerto Aventuras. There is also golf, tennis, fitness center, spa, restaurants, shopping, marina, dolphin swim, internet cafe, grocery store & pharmacy within a few minutes walk.

This area is also rich in Mayan culture

The entire coast was home to Mayan Civilization for a thousand years. Popular Mayan ruins nearby are in Tulum, Chichen-Itza and Coba. There is even a small Mayan Temple here in Puerto!

GENERAL

• The minimum rental is 3 nights in all properties and 7 nights for the holidays week.
• All properties can only have the maximum number of people agreed.
• In case of external visitor to the rental, a Day Pass of $ 49 usd per person will be charged over passing maximum of the capacity of each house, or rate paid.
• Damage waiver fees (no reimbursable, no commissionable) per stay – $100 usd

RENTAL AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Booking Payments Policies
• To proceed with the booking, you must provide a scan/picture of an official ID and your credit/card both sides.
• To confirm your reservation, you must pay the 50% of the total rental amount within 7 days of the booking request. In case, we do not receive the payment within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• The balance of the total rental amount must be paid at least 30 (thirty) days prior arrival date.
• The balance of the rental amount for Holidays’ bookings must be paid before August 1st of the corresponding traveling year.
• If the deposit or the balance of the total rental amount is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically cancelled with no refund.
• If the booking is requested less than 30 (thirty) days before arrival day, the payment of the total rental amount must be paid in full within the next 7 (seven) days of the request.

Booking Cancellation Policies
• The cancellation request received until 60 (sixty) days prior arrival day are subject to the full refund of the amount paid less $200USD corresponding to the processing cancellation fee.
• The cancellation request received between 59 and 31 (fifty-nine and thirty-one) days prior arrival day are subject to a penalty of 50% of the total rental amount of the booking.
• The cancellation request received between 30 and 0 (thirty and zero) days prior arrival day are subject to a penalty of 100% of the total rental amount of the booking.
• The cancellation request received for Holidays’ booking are subject to a penalty of 100% of the total rental amount of the booking, with no consideration of the cancellation request date.
• Early check out and no show are not refundable.
