Casa Familia, a gorgeous Penthouse, is inspired and designed for a family lifestyle. It is beautifully decorated by the owner and you will feel right at home!

Enjoy the open plan living area that leads to the terrace, listen to the waves and feel the refreshing breeze off the ocean. Relax in the jacuzzi, chaise lounges and palapa with al fresco dining or BBQ. Prepare your food, in a Caribbean style, in the fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences.

On the main level you have a King Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The upper floor leads to two more King size bed suites and a wonderful terrace with a large palapa and sofa area with views over the garden …perfect for relaxing!!

Casa Familia is located in a complex at a gated community, and within a building with its own security. This complex has a huge swimming pool, tennis court and beach side with palapas and chaises. A very short walk takes you to the Puerto Aventuras Marina with the many restaurants, boutiques, delicatessens, bars and much more.

Master Suite
The Master Suite offers a king-size bed with a linen canopy. Two pull-out twins beds store conveniently underneath so parents can let young ones sleep nearby.This room is tastefully decorated in earth tones. Its soothing portobello walls, potted tropical palms and natural light create a very comfortable space. The Master Suite is furnished with a 29″ flat screen TV with American cable channels, sitting area for two, reading books, alarm clock, bathrobes, plenty of closet and drawer space, and a full bathroom with double vanity, large bathtub and shower well-lighted through windows and a skylight.
Second Bedroom
This bedroom is on the main floor and offers a separate privacy entrance. It has its own bathroom and shower, 29″ TV with cable channels, sitting area and reading books.
Third Bedroom
This room is cool! This room offers a king-size bed with 2 twins that store conveniently underneath, comfortably accommodating four.This room has a 29-inch TV with Nintendo and American cable channels. The room has dresser drawers, closet space, and a beautiful planted garden just beyond its window. As with all the bedrooms, this has its own full private bathroom with shower. *Note: Adults love staying in this room, too!
