This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located in the well-known Portofino Building on a quiet private street, a short 5 minute walk away from Puerto Aventuras Center.
Just steps outside your front door is shopping, restaurants, bars, dolphins etc. The first floor balcony provides stunning views overlooking the waters of the marina and the amazing resort style pool. There is an elevator for ease and we are happy to accept well behaved, no barking, trained dogs (for an extra fee)

Puerto Aventuras is a charming community nestled in the heart of Mexico’s Rivera Maya on the Mexico Caribbean coast. Beaches are fantastic, with powdery, white sand, and there’s excellent fishing as well. For a fun day, explore the eco-archeological park Xcaret, or snorkel at Xel-ha, a natural inlet water park. The Mayan ruins and the famous beaches of Tulum are only 20 minutes away. If you’re looking for a little excitement, Playa del Carmen is only about 10 minutes away and there are taxis running back and forth on the highway all day for your convenience.
In the village you will find a variety of nice cafes and restaurants with a variety of cuisines to choose from. Next to the restaurants is the “downtown” of the complex, which is where you’ll find the tourism offices, in case you wish to go snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, or embark on some other kind of guided expedition.
